Any one know whats going on with the CURRENCY CONVERSION FEE ANTITRUST LITIGATION MDL NO. 1409 M-21-95 IN THE US district court southern District of new york.

Has any affected recovered these fees?

This is a class action suite and as far as I know applies to ALL U.S. Visa/Mastercard (both Credit & Debit)users that made foreign transactions using their cards.

It involves the 1% fee both Visa & MC currency conversion fee charged for foreign transactions.

I've tried to contact my issuing bank (Citi Corp) & they are mum & will not respond to my queries.

Just found the answere to my question with intense internet snooping.

"www.ccfsettlement.com" answeres all questions & has on on line mechanism to file a claim with the court.
