Call It Like You See It.....

Featured Replies

As a 'somewhat' long term poster-contributer at TV, I have read my fair share of LOS bashing, and would happily like to bring up the following....

Recently, to shed some weight, I bought a elipitcal trainer. It was just an impulse purchase when walking by the sporting goods store (Supersport) in Central World, center of mall, underneath the electronics shop.....

Anyway, without much, they cut it 10%. Then they offered to deliver it and set it up. Well, they did, just as asked. Three guys came and put it together and set it up. It didn't work properly, the computer didn't automatically kick on. So, after a ten day trip to Chiangmai, went over to see them and they offered to buy a new computer for it. Then, within a week, they called, came over and took the whole thing apart and got it working.

Great service, I would recommend them to anyone, and I for sure will buy all my stuff from them. I didn't need to follow up, etc. They took ownership and gave the service that made me happy to purchase a 10k piece of equipment.

Long and short of it, just shows, great service and not just flaming about LOS, as any other country (USA, Germany, UK) I've lived, the service has been good at times, but never, no questions asked, yes and get it done!!!!!

Yes I am always amazed at when you buy something like furniture they come and assemble it for you etc other times its bloody awful. In the Uk you get a pile of boxes and spend half the day with a hammer hitting your thumbs...... Ouch!
