I m setting an ecommerce website with a thai friend under a fully registered company in his name (thai friend). We need to register on paypal but it would be not convenient to do it under my name (i m spanish) as it would be too expensive for commisions and money transfert to his thai bank accout but neither he can do under his name cz he dont have classic credit card (and he dont want it!). Is it possible somehow get a pre-paid credit card under his name and issued in Thailand? OR...second solution....do you think it would be possible register a thai paypal account under my name, join it to my spanish credit card and his thai bank account? I would give his adress as mine...

Try google search under pre-paid visa cards I'll be supprised if you dont find something!

He can do it with his name and his Thai bank account. Go to Kaisikorn Bank and look at their ebanking. They have a virtual VISA credit card which acts against the balance in his account. This is the easiest way. Initial availability to Bt100,000 per day. It has CVV numbers as well.
