Ive got a UTSC (US) 360 with 2 wireless controllers. neither will connect to the box. ive tried everything i can think of and all i get when i hold down the middle xbox button on the controller is all 4 green parts flashing together endlessly. ive reset, taken out the batteries, had the xbox off/on, tried the sync buttons and every order 50x and nothing works. anyone work through this already? so frustrating. do i need to buy a plug n play kit which should automatically sync the controller? i have no clue anymore. please help

Mine just connected... turned on the xbox, turned on the controller, pressed the sync buttons on both controller and xbox and they got picked up... I've got three controllers... two standard Xbox controllers and one Guitar Hero specific controller... all connected without a problem.

Perhaps try unplugging any other wireless devices (routers etc) and any microwave ovens nearby

If that still doesn't work perhaps the 360 console is faulty?

wow, well somehow the batteries i had in there were too old or something cause all i had to do is buy some new ones, put them in, and bam!! it works like a charm. thank buddha

There is a small button on the xbox cover, you need to press and hold this and then the new head set, controleer will sync
