I was wondering how the 30/60 days of visa validity include your arr/dep days,or is your first day the day you arrive or 24 hrs after arrival?

Yes they do, this is why some people think they have not been given the full 30 days when they do visa runs. If you arrive around midnight seems to be a grey area, depends on the mood of the immigration official who stamps you in.
