I had some problems... I guess I'm a bit stupid but I want to ask for some help First this is what happened... sorry for my bad english

I applied for a thai language school in bangkok asking them if they can give me all the things I need for a student visa, they gave me a letter to apply for a studen visa, then I went to penang and asked for a single visa, I already told to my school that I was going to apply for that visa to be able to renovate every 3 month at the immigration bureau. Then the 3 months passed and I went to immigration, they asked me for a letter from the ministery of education and... my "school" said they were small school and didnt had staff to go to the ministery of education for that, and that the students usually go to cambodia with a tour to renovate. Still first I asked in the immigration if they could call to my school, but they said they cant take care of every visas' problem, and my school said that other thing... so I'm the stupid one here I guess....? Then I showed to the school's manager the visa and asked if it was possible for me to renovate the visa going to cambodia, they said yes, so I need to hurry and my last day of visa I went with a tour, and I was already in the bus when they told me I had a single entry visa so my visa will expire going to cambodia.... so now I only have one month in thailand....

Now my question is, as I cant get the letter from the ministery of education from my school... Can I go to Penang and ask for a multy entry student visa with the letter from the school? Or is there any easiest place not far from Thailand? I can't pay too much . And then with a multy entry its just as easy as going outside cambodia and coming back to renovate it? I want to be sure to make everything in the right way this time

go to a foreign consulate and get a multi entry which is good for a year then just make border runs every 90 days.. Its what I do... I am up in CM so its easy to get to Mae Sai but I guess harder for you down in BKK.

yeah I know I should do that, I just ask were is the best consulate or embassy where I can have less problems to ask for the student multy entry visa >< Mae Sai is good? It's ok for me if it's not a place too far like a western country etc ><

Mai Sai is not a Consulate. Do not believe any are going to issue you a multi entry visa without an official government letter but if no answer from experience you might want to call directly and ask them.
