I am arriving in Pattaya on 10th December 2007. I am searching to rent a condo, room or house on reasonable price, but i need internet connection because my business. I will stay 40 days. I can pay between 12000 - 18000 baht per month.

This place is about 18k/month with internet and looks fantastic but I don't favor the south Pattaya location. I would live there right now if it were central or even Naklua.
