I forget what I named my Teddy Bear probably some obscure name of someone I liked but pupils naming one and then people screaming for my execution is just beyond belief please can someone explain why

I don't think this is Thai related, but, no, I don't think there is any way to explain that. And BBC's reporting was a little inaccurate last night (or was it the night before). They said (this is from memory, so might not be 100% accurate):

".. school teacher was arrested because she named a teddy bear after the Prophet..."

From my understanding:

1. She didn't name it, her pupil did;

2. It was not named after the Prophet, but after the pupil, who had the same name.
