I am buying an air conditioner for my new house for the 35-40sqm living/dining room area. All of the other houses in the block have bought 18,000-25,000 BTU units so I will do the same. Prices and brands seem to vary so I am interested if any other Thai Visa members have found any good deals. Part of the deal when buying the house was 3 free air conditioners and they are all Daikin so I will probably look for that brand to keep things consistent.
