Hi folks,

Over the past several months I had been trying to sell my Pattaya weekender apartment. Working with a few different agents I saw different approaches to the business but by far one guy stood out and I'd like to recommend him to all of you if you're in the market to buy or looking to sell an apartment in the Pattaya/Chonburi area.

His name is Kris- he's Thai and moved to California when he was very young so he speaks both fluent Thai and English. He really worked hard through the whole process, was very communicative, and was diligent in working through some issues we had during the transfer. Definitely stood out against the level of service I received from the other agents.
