I've been getting a few (received some today in fact) but they're still very unreliable and don't really work, but the problem doesn't seem any worse than it has been for ages. Before that was receiving them but like you, only 30-40% but have learned to live with that. However, I always get my e-mail subscriptions from the mod forum but not now. Ran a DNS check on NIC whois and it doesn't recognize my domain and several other university domains, "does not exist". Also noticed have not received any spam for a day or two now, normally a couple of dozen or more come in. Appears to be just coincidental the problem showed up at the same time as the server upgrade. I'm getting Forum Subscriptions, but not a single one from replied topics which I have set for auto subscriptions.
