instead of using a whole computer as a media centre I have been waiting for an appliance

2 which have appeared on the horizon which will do pretty well what I want at the moment

has anything of these specs in the one box been see in the shops in Thailand ?

I've been looking into this for a while now and was considering using a ASUS eee PC but seems the speed is too low, especially for HDTV. So I ordered a TViX 4100PA from the US since I couldn't find what I wanted here. Did find a site in Thailand that showed one of the TViX but no prices or availability information. The other thread on these units mention some cheaps one can be found, specifically Chinese brands but I preferred to not take a chance.

I do want one with an inbuilt bittorrent client - with rss reader interface

at Sunjitech on the 2nd floor? of pantip I have seen one with HDMI out and another with bittorrent client ( both NAS ) but not one with both

The Popcorn hour is around 12,000 Baht here in Thailand.

We looked into it but it just doesn't make sense for our needs, seeing as a PS3 is only 14,000 Baht and with TVersity offers a nice media experience, and additionally is a games machine and Blu-Ray player.
