Airasia, Please Help!

Featured Replies

Hi,

I booked a flight from Bangkok to Phuket with Airasia however i did this on my laptop and didnt have a printer availble so i couldn't print off the itinery and number etc. I did however tick the box asking for for the details to be sent to my email address. I have not received anything (booked the flight on monday). I have tried to log to there website but cant for some reason. How can i go about getting the details for the tickets (i.e. confirmation of flight number and times etc)? They have today taken the money out of my bank account, so my order has definitly been processed. I'm in the Uk and there isnt a phone number for customer support in the uk, and no email contact. Can anyone suggestion how i can sort this out?

Many thanks Dan

Just phone the Thai call centre number on the website and ask them to re-send the email. They speak English and, in my experience are helpful enough.

Hi Dan,

I have booked many flights from UK with Air Asia. Just show your passport at check-in and I'm sure you will be OK. I only ever needed my booking number once, and that was a few years ago. I'm assuming that you quoted your Passport No at the time of booking.

I agree passport is normally enough when checking in. But if you want to call them and still can't access their website:

Malaysia +60 3 8775 4000

Thailand +66 2 515 9999

Indonesia 0804 1 333 333 (within Indonesia only) or +62 21 8089 9099

Singapore +65 6733 9933

China +86 59 2516 7777

Others +60 3 8660 4343 (please dial your international prefix followed by the phone number)

In the past Airasia has emailed the conformation to me without fail. In the past few days they have failed at this. I am sure they know about this failure on thier system. Just tell them about no email conformation at the ticket counter and present your passport. I am sure all is well.
