Due to escalating costs, increased competition, and a keen desire to stay in business, it is necessary to change our terms of employment.

It will now be necessary to do something called work in between the coffee breaks, lunch breaks, tea breaks, smoking breaks, toilet breaks, etc. It is the management's intention to call this "the work break."
