Gay Only Retirement, Assisted Living To Open In Pattaya

Featured Replies

spotted this on a gay web site.

Two gay German guys will be opening in Pattaya an exclusively gay retirement, assisted living facility. not sure if I can mention the web site but it has something to do with sticky rice.

Thought it might be interesting to members here.

Have always thought this was an unexploited business opportunity. Will likely grow in future as all the retired expats here age and need more assisted living facilities.

By the way, anyone got the inside scoop on what happened to the Chipper group bar/resto in Sunee Plaza. Some big investment goes in and nice resto goes up and 6 months later it's all closed. Didn't even make it to one high-season. Have to admit, however, that the food for mediocre and prices on the high-side for Sunee clientèle.

And then there is the visa issue!

Shouldn't be much of a visa issue if the people can qualify for retirement visas.
