I am due for renewal of my NON-O Marriage Visa and Work Permit on 11 Jan 2008, this is my 3rd renewal now based on 40K income.

Back ground:

1) We live and work In Bangkok

2) Company operating 4+ years

3) 5,000,000 Registered Capital

4) Profit every year

5) 4 Thai Staff

6) 2 Foreigners, myself and 1 other who have a multiple entry NON-IMM B visa and Work Permit

I believe this is simple process but have the following questions:

Visa Questions:

1) What document(s) I need to produce to prove the 40K income when doing the renewal?

2) How many days in advance of the expiry are needed for the application?

3) What other supporting paperwork is required besides My Passport, Wife's ID and House Papers, Birth Certificates of kids and proof of Income?

Work Permit Questions:

1) What form do we do for renewal? Can it be downloaded?

2) What supporting paperwork is required for the renewal?

3) What additional requirements must we meet above and beyond what we have already?

4) How many days in advance of the expiry are needed for the application?

1 Reciept showing your tax payments.

2 About 3 -4 weeks before your present extension expires.

3 Your marriage certificate, your Wife, she will need to be interviewed and whatever else they want to see, this could include:

Bank Book, Letter from bank, Map to your house, photos of you and the family inside and outside the house, photos of you and your wifes clothes in the wardrobe together.

Best to go and ask them what they want.

I know nothing about work permits.
