Looking Bargin Apartment Soi Diana/bawkow

Been looking at apartments to rent/lease in Soi Diana/Bawkow area and have only found B20K per month that are acceptable. Not looking for top of the line but must have air con and very close to said location. I KNOW IT IS HIGH SEASON AND I SHOULD ADJUST MY EXPECTAION.

5000 Bhat per month. Appartments are very clean and have good aircon. The Manager is English his name is Mike. A very good bloke. I know there is one appartment free as it was only vacated yesterday.
