Attorney In Chiang Mai?

Anybody know how to go about finding an attorney in Chiang Mai? I need some advice on purchasing property, checking the title, etc. I did see a post here recommending a gentleman who is a lawyer, judge, senior lecturer, etc. but is considered the best and most expensive. My needs are quite simple at this point. As I understand it, Sunbelt does not have an office in Chiang Mai. Furthermore, I called them about some listings when I was looking to rent somewhere to live and they never returned my call. Thanks in advance.

Have a look at the Thai Visa Chiang Mai forum; there is a pinned posting that lists lawyers etcetera.

Sunbelt does have an office in Chiang Mai (http://www.sunbelt-chiangmai.com/) but I too have the experience that their follow up is not always that great...
