Hi,

I've been doing a VOA for the past 3 months. Before that I was here on a non-O (now expired). I need a tourist visa now but went to jack's golf today to sign up for the Lao run and was told they don't do it anymore. Seems from what I'm reading here that I can get one in Vientienne if I go myself. Is that so? Anyone know how long it takes for them to process the app and how much a double entry tourist visa cost? Thanks
