Happy Holidays

Happy Holidays,

Dear Friends at ThaiVisa and the Thai Language forum,

I want to express my best wishes to all of you during this the holiday season.

Your assistance to me during this past year in my language learning journey has been absolutely wonderful. I have enjoyed discussing language questions and responses with you. Learning by yourself is no fun; learning as part of a community is a much more engaging and enlightening experience. These on-line and discussion forum tools, as well as the large number of electronic resources, give us interaction and access of a magnitude never before available. I want especially to give credit to the site developers and the forum moderators for giving us these language learning tools to further our personal learning experience. All of you who participate in providing questions, answers, opinions, and, yes, even rants are part of our larger language experience and I want to thank all of you for that. Finally, I want to express my appreciation to the very learned among us, our on-line ครู and อาจารย์, who take of their valuable time to assist us with our problems and questions.

I hope that you all have an enjoyable and safe holiday and New Years. I am commited to increasing my knowledge of the Thai spoken and written language during this next year and I hope to do that in conjunction with all of you.

Thanks again.

เหมือนกันครับ

Nice to have input to the language forum from a native speaker. :D

Nice to read the traditional "Merry Christmas" in stead of that "happy holidays"

Hopefully this time the brain is in gear, thanks David

By the way, I find the ยิ่งฯ... to be much more colloquial (which is what I intended) than ยิ่งมาก... but thanks for that one too
