Good afternoon and happy new year to everybody.

I have a house in Pattaya and I would like to make it insulated against heating and water infiltration. I know that there are several possibilities to do it such as spraying foam under the roof or set up glass wool on the ceiling. There is a german company called Lohr who make such insulating with Polyurethan foam by way of spraying under the roof but it's very expensive.

Did somebody had some good (or bad) experience with insulating their house ? I would appreciate if someone can inform me about the several possibilities of insulating houses and if it really decrease the temperature during the hot season and protect water infiltration when it's raining very strongly.
