Received a text message at 10pm this evening to inform me my connecting flight Bangkok-Chiang Mai would be leaving two hours later than originally scheduled and asking me to contact their office number, which of course closed at 9pm

My flight from Phuket leaves at 9pm, which will leave me a whole SEVEN hours at Suvarnabum. (No, please no ...) Any ideas? Anyone have any experience of getting a refund after having been given such short notice? (Office doesn't reopen until 8am tomorrow morning). This trip seems to be jinxed. Was on my way up to Pai, which is a bit of a sad place at the moment ...

The post is a little confusing? Not that it'll make any difference with respect to a refund but, can you provide a full breakdown of flight times as something doesn't seem right, did you mean that the flight from HKT was delayed so you missed the connection to CNX?

A good example of the pitfalls of trying to connect flights when using LCC's.
