Best Supermarket on the corner of Pattaya Klang and 2nd Road (opposite Tops), seems to have the cheapest fags. Also try Modern City Supermarket inside the Modern City mall next door to Mike's.

The best place is a Thai off license - where you see them all loading up trucks and motorbike sidecars with booze.

Marlboros are 620 baht for a carton in supermarkets/ 7-11's, but at these places you will pay wholesale price around 565 baht. A small saving, but if you are a heavy smoker then it adds up.

The ones I use are just inside soi 17 from 3rd road, on RHS about 5 shops in, or opposite soi 17 on 3rd rd (soi 16?) which heads down to 2nd road and comes out opposite soi Diamond. About 500 yards down on LHS (from 3rd road) big double shop house opposite Tukcom turning.

Before I get flamed for being a tight-arse, I pass these shops regularly and always buy from there. There is a 7-11 opposite the one on soi 17 selling for 55 baht more, I think most people however well off would cross the street to buy the same product 55 baht cheaper. I also stock up on water, soft drinks, and booze when at these places as these are cheaper too.

I am paying 560 or so baht now at the supermarket just down the road from Mikes shopping.

I just wondered if there are any cheaper than this?

Also can you get Benson and Hedges as \ll I seem to have found is Marlboro

Both the shops I mentioned before stock B&H, about 750 a carton for some reason. 560 is the cheapest you will get Marlboro over here. To put it into perspective I was in the UK in October and in Tesco's in London saw Marlboro for £5.90 per pack - thats £59.00 per carton, or roughly 4,000 baht, so 560 is not so bad

please dont be tempted to buy in bulk if you have to do a visa run as last year , and i dont smoke but bought 6 cartons for friends and wife s family which eventually cost me 18.000 baht for 6 cartons of marlbro and the time held up and its a scam as the f------- a------ that sold me them was the c--- that imformed the customs on the road back from arajapitaya .well at the cambodia crossing we never hid them they were just lying in the back seat but they new which car to pull over as we just thought we were doing some friends and family a bit of good , needles to say we have never returned to that part of thailand/

You were mugged. Cambodian cigs are all copies, 200 baht a carton. They are only 560 baht here for legit smokes. Those Cambodian copies are unsmokable, so &lt;deleted&gt; were you doing paying 3,000 per carton?

Dont be tempted if you go on a Visa run to cambodia - the prices are low, but the cigs are terrible. They cut your throat like a knife.
