UBC is a million times better than Samui Cable and if I didn't get Samui cable free I would change in a flash. There is a truemove shop where you can sort out your ubc in Nathon (they do a ubc package that is apparently really reasonable), opposite-ish Bank of Ayudhya.

Try manual programming and search for a different signal. I get it on two channels on my TV, 12 & 44. On 12, the quality is total crap but on 44 it's much better.
