January 17, 200818 yr Looking for tips on how to best prepare bamii yok (green egg noodles). Can't seem to get it right... Also, if you've got any favorite recipes which involve bamii yok, please post as well! Thanks!
January 17, 200818 yr 1 clean noodle in water for10-30 seconds ( either yellow or green noodles ) 2 cook it in boiled water for 3-5 minutes 3 then put those noodles in cool water for 30-45 seconds after that put those noodles in a bowl 4 put fried garlic oil in the noodles and stirred 4 adjust tastes (as a bit of sugar, fish sauce or soya sauce) 5 topping it with chinese bbq pork, grilled duck or crab meat 6 serve with quick boiled PAK CHOI,MUSTARD (Chinese)/ Brassica.camprestris L. ssp. chinensis (Lour.)Rupr Edited January 17, 200818 yr by BambinA
January 17, 200818 yr bambi, I want to say congrats fer bein' number one and also to commend fer the vege selection for this recipie...I'm just on my way down the market with my niece Mutawn to load up with the fruit and veg offering...she likes to get up early for the shopping...
