Between the rate given on xe.com website (shows about 59 thai baht currently to the pound) while bangkok bank website shows a rate of around 64 to the pound). This disparity is constant it never varies there is always a difference of this magnitude between these 2 sources.

Better rate in Thailand, don't follow the outside thailand mid market rates.
