And any comments on living around there also would be much appreciated.Thank you very much sent a pm. very low end probably in the neighborhood of 15k but more likely 20k and on up. really depends on what you can see from your house and what else you can do while there (pool, etc). long term is probably considered 3-6 months minimum.
