I came to Thailand on a single entry non immigrant o visa -whenthat ran out I decided to stay a bit longer and got two more tourist visa - my question is after my third and final tourist visa expires will I have to go back to grey old england or could I go and apply for a new non immigrant visa in vietynam or malayasia? Ive got used to the weather now and cant be bothered to go back to the UK if possible...any wise old heads out there got a quick answer? cheers

Without any more information from you. You will probably only get a tourist visa.

Try Vientiane Laos, you might get a double entry.

Don't forget that you can extend a tourist visa in Thailand for an additional 30 days. It does not sound like you have used any 30 day visa exempt entries, so you should also have 90 days within the next 6 months that you can use.

Are you talking about tourist visa (issued by a Consulate) or are you talking about 30 day visa exempt entry by just crossing a border and return. If 30 day visa exempt you are limited to 90 days in a six month period. If you are talking about tourist visas there is no limit if you can obtain the visas.

It is not certain that a double visa will be issued in Vientiane. When I applied for my ed visa two days ago I told a germany guy behinde me in the que two apply for a double TR while he were at it. When it was his turn the reply was no double only single visa issued. And the day after I spoke to a canadian guy who also got "no double" answer. But they did not loose any money since they apply outside and pay later on in the actual building.
