Hello all, My wife (Thai) and I are thinking of building a home in Ayutthaya, Thailand. I am American and we are currently living in the USA. My situation is, My wifes family owns the land the house is to be built on. Do I need to get a lease drawn up in my wife and My names for the land before we build on it? Another question is, Can the house be put in Her name and mine? I know I cannot own land but can I own the house? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.......
