Does anyone know of a supplier of pre-prepared curry sauces? What I'm looking for is green, red curry sauce and tom yam which can be frozen then add the prawns, chicken and maybe some veg to make the dish. I'm based in Pattya so that would be most conveniant though Bangkok is do-able.

Any advice appreciated.

If you are not going to use fresh pastes the other alternative's you can buy are curry powders.

You add water to them and then your extra ingredients.

Foodland, tesco etc

If you are in Pattaya then Big C will have them for sure.
