Translation Service English/german <-> Polish

We had contact from a potential customer from Poland but his English is worse than that of a first grader in Thailand.

We've been in contact a few times already but just can't get to understand each other on details.

His e-mails are a 50% guessing game for me about what he is trying to say, but since they have quite an impressive web-site (in Polish) I think there is a business potential if we can solve the communication problem.

Is there such a thing as a free online translation service English or German vs Polish?

Maybe the online translation is more bad than the english they send you from Poland!

I'll give it a try, but as you say the auto translation services are often worse than the original.

The trouble is that I can't verify the translation at least in part since I haven't got a clue about Polish.
