That is a different business, from the people who provide the satellite link for UBC. They are the ones who left UBC in the proverbial, last week!! I have seen the promotion on their comercial plug but it is always in Thai and beyone me to understand. It looks like the promotion runs until Oct. 31 but looking at their website I find nothing about it at all. My suspicion is that it will be only BKK since up country will need a modem for upload to internet and then download from Satellite. Does anyone have a way to check this one out?
