<br />I would guess the 'New York' condo at Rajatevee bts station. Brand new and you can walk to MBK from there. Don't know the website, sorry. I lived in the area for over 3 years, it is convenient but the pollution and crowds are a bit much after awhile<br />

New York condo?? They might be referring to Ban Klang Krung which is pretty much next to BTS Rachathevi.

Address@ Siam is just about next door to that and also near to completed. Both have entrance on Phetburi.

Wish@Siam, behind Asia Hotel but not started building yet.

Condo One Siam is completed and ready for transfer next month (I bought a unit there), is very close to MBK in Kasemsan Soi 3.

Studios start at around 2.3m

There are a couple of older buildings in Kasemsan soi 1 which sometimes have resales but around 4m upwards.

Phayatai Place also Rachathevi BTS, is older and has resales around 2.5m up.

There is another older building at the Rachathevi intersection (close to where they are building the new Villa Rachathevi) - I think it is called Rachathevi tower (not sure). Fairly cheap but bit of a dump.
