I recall a thread somewhere on wheat grass in one of the forums here, I believe seeds are difficult to get whereas the grass itself is available. Anyway, welcome to Samui :o

isn't it simply wheat, which germinates (in Trays) and is harvested when it's about 2-6 inches long?

Get some wheat.... but I have no clue if you can get ANY of the Bio Stuff here...0818934935 ask for Rudi or Charly - maybe they can help you.

Or when in Mae Nam go to the "Multi Kulti" Restaurant is situated in the little side street leading to the "Mae Nam Resort" they do make Bread and stuff...

You need the grain though.
