I would say no because

they have signs everywhere saying no animals allowed

I tried to take my 1.8 kilo chihuahua in a carrier on the the BTS and the secruity guard would not let me on the train and escorted me off the platform!!

Thanks. I don't go on the Skytrain much so haven't noticed any signs. It will have to be a taxi then!

Not allowed and would really freak out your cat to boot (the motion and the noise)
