I didn't realise that you have to actually cancel your own work permit at the Min of Labour (and therefore your Non-Immy before they will consider the new application for an 'O'. True??? huski Posted September 21, 2004 Share Posted September 21, 2004 yes i believe you would have to turn in your work permit as that and your non immigrant B visa represents your current stay. so you are applying for a one year extension based on support of a thai wife? sometimes thai immigration will issue a non immigrant O and then process your extension of stay based on support.
