Voip Services Thailand Whose Good Quality Outbound International Calls?

Featured Replies

Hi There

Can one one tell me is there any Thailand based VOIP phone companies who offer excellent quality to International countries (Europe etc)

especially good outbound voice quality so people in Europe here your outbound call from Thailand as good quality (no noise, echo or dropped calls),

& rates good too?

How would the quality of the call with the Thailand based voip companies be compared to Vs Skype Out?

(Any who provide IP Phone or have abilty to use IP Phone with again for outbound call intl? I find when the internet slows or is up & down as is often the case, re oversubscribed bandwidthd & usual low service/not getting the kpbs your paying for, Skype can lack quality in occasion, so thinking about the IP Phone way?).

I thing it is possible from separate DID phone number suppliers to by international voip numbers of country of your choice, & then

you can use them with the actual voip company (assume thailand based voip co?).

As a matter of interest, out of the popular VOIP companies, PC - Landline/Mobile International calls possible, who is working well out of Thailand at

the moment? Skype Outwith USB quality head set when calling international mobiles in europe I find usually good, & has improved alot recently, also hear VoipStunt is good quality outbound, some say better than Skype Out? (They are sister co of VoipBuster I believe, & many more, same gernam group owns them).

Also read online the other day that MSN Messenger phone call is recommended as being good for outbound from Thailand PC to Phone? Anyone any experience on MSN Messanger? Or any others to recommend?

I'm not sure of the rates, but I do know that CAT offers a CDMA based VOIP service.

I use Voipdiscount. Usually good quality calls, with zero charge for most European landlines, and fair for mobiles.

I find that quality sometimes depend on the actual internet speed. As u mentioned, they ar not thai based.

yes I think voipdiscount are part of some german group that owns voipstunt. (and a load of others all similar website layout).

Actually with voipdiscount, I had it set up as per home country (ireland) and they have some way you can use you account from a mobile phone. I think as my account is EU , and not set up under Thailand address. ( i cannot seem to get this to work from Thai 1-2 call pay as you go mobile). I suppose no reason, I cannot ask them to set up under thailand based, (not allowed to change accout yourself I think). Tell me TingTong, do you have your account set up to work from Thai mobile? (voipdiscount?)

Anyone else up answers to OP?

(deedial I got, pay as you go. works through mobile, good price to Ireland landlines 2 B and 12 B mobiles in Ireland. have not used too much, sort of forgot I had it :o did a new to landlines I think my outbound was ok quality, anyone of this service too deedial? how you find it for outbound international calls on call quality?)

There is a way to do however I didnt try this yet.

from there webpage: "Here's how it works:

1). Add your home and/or mobile phone number in your personal details

2). Select your country

3). Call the local access number and dial the international number you wish to call. "

This local access number you can find on the net.

The address isnt that important, however you can change also if you log in to your account page. Also can change the phone number you use to verify the account/refill.

Correction: no locan access number for thailand yet :o

sorry
