I'd like to get my chest done. I'm fairly light skinned with dark hair, and heard that that can be beneficial. Can anyone recommend a place, and give an approximate cost for a medium hairy chest.

For anyone living in Wongamat Beach, there's a new open mall being constructed across the street from the Centara Grand Mirage resort. It's supposed to open later this year and will contain restaurants, cafes, a grocery store, etc. With any luck, the grocery store will be good. And the area could use a few more restaurants.
