Hi guys, got a problem that i need clarifying please! My Thai wife and I are planning for her to apply in BKK for a UK settlement visa in early March, with i view to her coming in May, she is applying in march due to her work commitments and living 5 hour drive from BKK this is the only time, if she doesnt the next time she can get to BKK would be October :o So my problem is at the time of applying in BKK i will be in the process of moving from my rented home to another back in the UK!! Now all the visa supporting docs and paperwork are in my current address, bills, tenancy agreement, photos etc. Do the embassy check with me as to current address? I will be literally in the process of moving as my wife applies for the settlement visa! Jeez..really couldnt have come at a worst time..i guess the problems of being a tenant..u never know when u may have to move on! Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated guys! Thanks in advance, Newstart(again! :D )

Simply provide the evidence of address x, but explain in your covering letter that from such-and-such a date you will be living at address y. The embassy can't expect people not to move.

Scouse.
