You can not just turn up on holiday in Singapore and apply for these visas. If you are married and living in Cambodia you could apply there. However the requirements for UK entry are pretty much the same as Australia. I guess you have never had any dealings with a UK entry clearance officer at a location such as Bangkok. When are you planning to get married and what are you going to do about a US visa for her. It appears you are just looking for a short term fix to what could be a more complicated scenario.
