Heading up country to roi et in couple of weeks

time can anyone update me on current temperatures

and mosquito situation.

Was there a few weeks ago. Weather was hot and dry during the day (around 30 I guess) and nippy at night (around 12). The mozzies were not too bad, but still slept under a mozzie net to be sure.

My guess is that the cool / dry season could end quite suddenly, especially towards the middle to the end of this month. The 30 year average for Roi Et (courtesy Thai Met Office) indicates a seasonal high of 35 degrees C by the end of March going into April. I think we have been very lucky this year with the long period of cool weather in this area. As to the mosquitos - I think you will find them anytime of the year.
