Just checked my accounts, all screens refresh in a matter of a seconds. Sounds like it might be your internet connection?

no way it's my connection as i have several IE windows open and i'm even watching youtube just before i logged-in and it's extremely fast. i'm connected via a 100MB LAN. what i hate the most ist that i cannot log-in anymore, how long is this timer?

I am using Bangkok Bank BizIbanking where you get a seperate Users Token. Works brilliant!!!

oh.. good to know the bizbanking. 'had a quick look and it seems to me that it's exclusively for companies. i do not have one. well, i managed to log-in now and fast again and already finish transferring money. but i still do nope that they will improve the service...

I had exactly the same problems for years. As with the Thai Airways website. I believe Bangkok Bank is known as the 'Dinosaur bank'.

I gave up, closed my accounts and moved to Siam Commercial. Their internet banking, whilst not a patch on International banks', at least works.

But you still have to personally go in to your branch to fill in forms to add recipients for money transfers etc.

Try closing Youtube before logging on to your bank

I've had that exact same problem with another Thai banking site - extremely annoying. It was a long time ago and I think I gave up and logged in again the following day. You have my sympathy.
