Ah, yes, I remember now - you're in the book business. That's got to be frustrating. Maybe you can leave the search function running in one window while you get on and do something else in another? It sounds like either their database search function is poorly designed, or there are lots of people doing searches. I think this site sometimes turns off the search function, or limits the number you can do as it is highly processor and disk intensive.
