This is a little bit out there.. Would anyone have a lead or hope for a way I could rent / hire lease perhaps 15 - 20 or so of these (3 wheeler rickshaw / tuktuks) for a 3 week maybe 1 month period ??

How do you intend to arrange your security deposit , thats a lot for one credit card?

No drivers, ideally..

Deposits would be handled with some cash and contractually for damage.. Dont want clean shiny / perfect ones if poss..
