Anyone know the procedure to set up a company which will provide video games and various entertainment machines amd hopefully in the long term be able to add poker and casino slot type games.

And whats the current regulation regarding amusement arcade machine games.

Gambling is illegal in Thailand, hence no Poker or Casino machines will be allowed.

Video games.. Do you intend to import them? I have a hard time to see how you could make any profit whatsoever on that. If you have a look at Ripley's in Patts or Jungceylon in Phuket the arcade games they have are old imported machines, Japanese, and Western, not really up to standard when it comes to Arcade machines year 2008. The cost of a modern arcade imported to Thailand VS the 10 baht per game would never get you any profit.

Would probably be better to have a look at "console type of games" combined with Karaoke booths or similiar.

mmmm,

not sure i agree with you on that one.

Jungceylon in phuket (outside the cinema , always full of people popping in their 10THB)

The machines are freely availiable in bangkok for purchase or hire ( take the number of one of the machines andjust call them direct )

The complex would consist of games/video machines regards poker im looking longer term at the possible irelaxing of the gambling law in thailand, there would also be a bar and girls dancing,it wouldnt be reliant on machines only, just looking at maximising income revenue as opposed to justa normal bar
