I would like to book a flight with Airasia .

Everytime i get through to the the Callcentre in Bangkok, calling from the U.K,

the automated system kicks in and wants the departure date from me which is a 6 digit number.Everytime i follow

the instructions ,it says the date is not recognised and will only ask again and again to put in the date,again in the format

200308 I would really like to speak to a person at Airasia.

Does anyone have an email contact number,this line cant be doing there business much good!

i have booked online now and have found a contact e-mail

for anyone who has problems calling the Airasia callcentre office in Thailand

for urgent matters, if your question is not answered in the FAQ.

They answered the e-mail with amazing speed.
