Saw it at Siam Paragon and don't think it was cut. It was pretty graphic and don't remember any smoking or nudity edits (maybe they weren't in there in first place). The ending worked in the book, but not in the movie. Somehow the book left you feeling satisfied even it was not very different. The movie made you badly want to know more.
