Soodsood

I'm in the US using soodsood (www.soodsood.com) to call thailand.. was wondering if anyone uses this service that's noticed problems in the past week?

I used use dialing pattern as if I were in thailand.. for example: 02-xxx-xxxx

didn't work last time, I tried, no big deal.. used +662-xxx-xxxx and it works and it's worked a few times

however.. once in awhile I get an error - Unable to complete call 699 +662-xxx-xxxx

if I keep trying or log back in and out and keep trying it will eventually go through using the same dialing pattern +662-xxx-xxxx

someone from thailand is using soodsood and they seem to not be able to get through at all using +1xxx-xxxx dialing to the US. same error msg.. Unable to complete call 699 +1xxx-xxxx

i can't seem to find any type of support on their site.. but if anyone knows of anything that's going on, please let me know!!!
