March 12, 200818 yr I've opened several corporate accounts using minutes written in English. I downloaded a sample of company minutes off the internet and used that to draw up the documents--no lawyer was needed. Bangkok Bank had no problems with this. For a Co. Ltd. to open a bank account the managing director can't just go and open one... the bank requires a "minutes of the meeting" to do so.I want to avoid paying my lawyer to do this if possible; are there any "fill in the blanks" versions out there?
