SamuiRes
I send out regular mailings (often daily) to various groups of people, usually 20-25 people at a time but once a month a mass mailing of up to 300 people. These are all legitimate and have either subscribed to the Newsletter I send out or are people I know well and keep in touch with. None of it is SPAM. However, because of the volume and regularity, sometimes emails are rejected as being SPAM. The recipients have me on their safe list but it still happens. Anyone any ideas how I can do this without getting designated as a SPAM mailer?
george
Use a bulk email provider like www.ymlp.com They are great.
jstumbo
Send more emails with fewer recipients each. They are probably being rejected by the spam filters on the email server, not on the user's machines. So it never gets to their safe list, never gets delivered to them. Their safe list just stops it from being put into their junk mail folder on their machine.
